Pavel Hejsek success

Success; it is the goal of anyone who ventures to New York City in an attempt to make
it in the financial district. From his humble beginnings in the Czech Republic, to his
recent arrival on Wall Street, Pavel Hejsek has let his dreams and ambitions guide him.
In everything he does, Pavel commits himself through hard work and perseverance. He
believes that success is not something that will be handed to him, but something that must
be earned.
Pavel Hejsek was accepted to the esteemed Dickinson College, located in the heart
of Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Having a reputation as being a highly selective liberal arts
college, Pavel anticipated a long and challenging road. Being well-prepared and focused,
Pavel managed to graduate from Dickinson with honors. He was the recipient of an
undergraduate degree in Economics in 2010. Complimenting his outstanding educational
record, Pavel played tennis for the Dickinson Red Devils, and was granted the honor of
Team Captain on two separate occasions.

During his college days, Pavel was granted a summer internship at Deutsche Bank. Upon
his graduation, Deutsche Bank was so impressed with this young man that they hired him
as an analyst. He currently works within the natural resources and clean tech industries,
covering equity capital market products like IPOs, follow-ons, block trades and share
repurchases.

On a more personal note, Pavel is quad lingual; a truly remarkable feat. He also enjoys
spending time on the tennis court and listening to some of his favorite music including
Queen and Phil Collins. Pavel didn’t come to the Big Apple not to make a name for
himself, and it looks like he is well on his way.
