Pavel Hejsek Biography

A young upstart currently working as an analyst for the prestigious Deutsche Bank, Pavel
Hejsek adheres to the highest standards of quality in all that he does. Originally from the
Czech Republic, Pavel came to the United States in pursuit of the American Dream and is
well on his way to achieving his goals.

Pavel’s story starts at the illustrious Dickinson College, located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Known as an elite, highly selective liberal arts college, Pavel knew that the road ahead
would be a challenging one. Through hard work and dedication Pavel graduated Magna
Cum Laude; one of the highest possible honors a student can achieve. In addition to his
excellent academic record, Pavel was on Dickinson’s tennis squad and was the recipient
of the Lloyd W. Hughes Scholar-Athlete award in 2010.

Hejsek’s passion eventually led him to Wall Street where he performed a summer
internship at Deutsche Bank. Impressed with his performance, Deutsche Bank hired
Pavel upon his graduation from Dickinson. Currently he served Deutsche as an analyst,
covering equity capital market products including but not limited to: initial public
offerings, follow-ons and block trades. He works primarily within the natural resources
and clean technology industries.

Pavel still enjoys playing tennis in his spare time. He also has the ability to speak four
different languages, an impressive feat not mastered by many. From humble beginnings,
Pavel Hejsek is making a name for himself in the finance capital of the world, New York
City.
